Service Agreement and contract signing
Create agreement templates, set up coach and student fields, send to students for online signing — fully digital.
Access Service Agreements
In the Programs tab, tap 'Trainer Zone' and find 'My Service Agreements.' All your templates are listed here, showing name, status (Active / Draft), last updated, and signer count.
Set up trainer fields
In the Service Agreements tab of Trainer Zone, tap Fields Status. First confirm that the trainer name, phone, and signature are set under the Trainer tab. You can also review the Student tab for member-entered fields and the System tab for program details that are filled automatically.
Create an agreement template
Tap 'Create' to enter the template builder. Choose 'Blank template' to write from scratch, or pick from preset agreement blocks. Blocks are grouped into three categories: Greeting, Terms, and Closing. The system assembles your selections into a complete template.
Preview sending an agreement
In My Service Agreements, long-press the template you want to use and select Preview sending. Then choose a training program. TGT fills in program details such as the name, session count, and fee so you can review the completed agreement before sending it for real.
Send agreement to students
From the program detail page, tap the student count to open the student list. Long-press the target student and choose Send agreement. Select the agreement template and confirm. TGT shows a sending status, then the student can open and sign the agreement from their program page.
