About TGT & your data

TGT is the official site for the TGT fitness programming and scheduling application. The product helps you build training programs, place sessions on a calendar, log execution, and stay aligned with coaches or clients when you use those workflows. Everything on this page is public—you do not need to sign in to read it.

Why we ask for your information

When you use the TGT app or related services, we only collect what we need to run the product and keep accounts safe. In plain terms:

  • Account and sign-in. Details such as your name and email (including when you sign in with a provider like Google) let us create your account, authenticate you, and tie your programs and schedules to the right profile.
  • Content you save in TGT. Programs, calendar entries, logs, and similar data you choose to store are used to provide the features you expect—nothing more than operating the service you signed up for.
  • Usage and device signals. We may process limited technical and usage information (for example device or app diagnostics and approximate location derived from IP) to keep TGT reliable, secure, and understandable in aggregate when we improve the product.
  • Optional communications. Where permitted, we may use your contact information for service messages and product updates; you can control marketing preferences as described in our policy.
