Cancel a session and suggest a makeup date
Cancel before the free-cancellation deadline and the session isn't deducted from your quota. Suggest a makeup date at the same time and your coach confirms the new slot.
Open your upcoming session
On the program's “Upcoming” card, tap “Cancel session,” or tap a session in the list to open its details and cancel from there.
Check whether it's a free cancellation
The cancel screen shows a timeline of Now, the free-cancellation deadline, and the class start. Before the deadline it reads “Free cancellation” and the session goes back to your quota. After it, it reads “May not be refunded” and your coach's program rules apply.
Suggest a makeup date and leave a note
Pick a time that suits you under “Suggested makeup date,” add anything your coach should know in “Remarks,” then tap “Confirm cancellation.” Your coach still confirms and sets the final makeup time.
Wait for your coach to reschedule
A session cancelled before the deadline becomes “Pending review,” and the program shows how many sessions are waiting for your coach to reschedule. Once your coach sets a new time, the session returns to your schedule.
Group programs: contact your coach
For now, only one-on-one programs let students cancel in the app. If you're in a group program, contact your coach to change a session.
